Our facility operates a Neumann VMS 66 disc-cutting lathe. We provide the Master Lacquers; the first step of the Vinyl-making process.
The lacquers are then sent directly to the facility of your choice for plating.
For overseas projects, we recommend using a plating facility in the US, because the metal parts are less likely to be damaged during overseas shipping than the lacquer discs.
We offer masters for 7-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch records.
